A nurse may spend the entire day caring for others only to come home and spend hours fetching water, getting the next shift’s uniform ironed at a neighbor’s house with electricity, or walking a long distance home from work before finally being able to rest. We envision well-kept homes where nurses can sleep safely, prepare for the next shift, and feel respected in the place where they live.
