Our Founder
ANHI was founded by a nurse, Brenda, whose work in healthcare inspired a broader vision for community support. Recognizing the connection between stable housing, quality care, and meaningful employment, she created this organization to help nurses and families access compassionate services and practical opportunities.
Her mission is to build a nurse-led, people-centered community where dignity, wellness, independence, and opportunity can grow together.

Our beginning
Before ANHI had a name, the work had already begun.
What started with a simple desire to help the nurse who cared for my mom in her final days grew into something more. Supporting that nurse and my family eventually became a larger vision for housing, care, and opportunity.
From experience to purpose

HOUSING WITH DIGNITY
The house that once belonged to my mom is now dedicated to providing nurses and caregivers with a safe, comfortable place to live, recharge annd call home. This home became the beginning of ANHI and the foundation for everything that follows.

CARE WITH COMPASSION
Helping my own family understand blood pressure, blood sugar, medications, and side effects showed me how difficult managing health can be. Today that same care and health education is being extended to the community.

OPPORTUNITY THAT EMPOWERS
The work once needed to care for my mom’s home has grown into opportunities for people in the community to use their skills, earn an income, and build a stronger future.
